    Problems Keeping Program Activated...

    Almost two months later, I woke up today and wanter to play a quick game before I leave for work but it says I need to register... AGAIN! No changes to my system/no reinstallation - I'm getting a little frustrated with this.

    <rant>I emailed the support for registration but this isn't right (preaching to choir... I know).  Of course I support Bolt's right/need for protection but I think this method needs to be fixed.</rant>

    I agree.  It is also frustrating for me.  I want my customers to be happy.

    I'm seriously thinking about going to a different company for the next release.  (My daughter buys games online all the time and there is never this type of problem.)

    I think Protexis has been quick to respond to emails, but I'm not too happy with the fact that there needs to be emails in the first place.

    Please keep me informed about your dealings with them.  And, I'll let you know what I decide for the next release.

    OK, this is EVEN weirder.  Bothered that they hadn't repied today I thought I would open the program, get the reg notice and click through to their site for the phone number.  But the program opened and it works!

    This is really weird and I have never seen this happen.

    ...And I just got off the phone with it.  They have no clue but say it's something on my system obviously and to email them if it happens again. Not liking their support so much right now.  I want answers darn it! <-- less angry than that but just as curious.

    Yes, switch security vendors next release.  PLEASE.
