Great news!
Two of my effect plugins (Portrait and Ink Sketch) will be included in Paint.NET version 3.10 (and beyond).

If you have my two plugins installed, once you upgrade to Paint.NET 3.10, you will see them in the menu twice unless you remove the DLL's you've downloaded:
- Look in your C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects folder for Portrait.DLL and InkSketch.DLL.
- If you find them, select Portrait.DLL and InkSketch.DLL and press the Delete key on your keyboard.
This is fairly significant news as Rick Brewster has never bundled 3rd party effects before!
Look for the beta release very soon with the final release in mid August.
Believe me, when I got the request, I was blown away.
